Job Description

DemoWorks Group is looking for a Network Operations Technician to support and monitor enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining network performance, resolving connectivity issues, and ensuring system availability within an onsite IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance and system uptime

  • Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues

  • Assist in configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls

  • Perform routine network maintenance and updates

  • Maintain network documentation and incident logs

  • Coordinate with senior engineers during outages or upgrades

Requirements & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Networking, Information Technology, or related field
