Machine Learning Researcher

Kxorin Technology is seeking experienced Machine Learning Researchers to join our onsite AI innovation lab. In this role, you will conduct advanced research on cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, design experiments, and implement prototypes to explore novel AI approaches. The ideal candidates will be passionate about AI, highly analytical, and able to translate research insights into practical AI solutions.

• Design, implement, and evaluate novel ML algorithms for AI research projects.

• Conduct experiments and simulations to validate models.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions.

• Publish findings in AI/ML journals and present at conferences.

• Mentor junior researchers and interns, providing guidance on ML methodology.

• Maintain documentation of research experiments, datasets, and model performance.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and ML research.

• PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or related field.

• 6-9 years of experience in AI/ML research.

• Proven record of published research or patents in AI.

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
