Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic analysis to support data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
Assist with cost control and profitability analysis
Collaborate with other departments to gather data and align on financial goals
Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
Strong proficiency in Excel; knowledge of financial modeling techniques
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Solid understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
